Cave Sound Bathing (yes, inside the cave!)
6:30pm - 7:30pm
$60 / person
hOm has been invited into the beautiful, historic Olentangy Caverns to host monthly sound baths. Be prepared to descend deep into the cave for a sound bath experience unlike any other in Central Ohio.
These sound bath journey's will be taking place every second Friday from May through October. There is limited capacity, so don't hesitate to grab your spot!
Things to know:
Parking is free in the gravel lot. Once you arrive enter the building marked "Cave Entrance."
Be prepared to descend multiple flights of stairs into the cavern for the sound bath.
The cave may be damp and muddy in places, so please plan/dress accordingly
(this includes where the sound bath is held within the cave)
The cave is much cooler inside than outside, so please plan/dress accordingly.
We will have some tarps available to place on the ground, but please bring a mat and head rest (pillow, rolled up towel, etc) to use for the sound bath.

hOm has been invited into the beautiful, historic Olentangy Caverns to host monthly sound baths. Known to have been used by the Wyandotte tribe as a refuge, these caverns have so much felt history and energy from the moment you step inside.

Cave Yoga (Yes, yoga in the cave!)
2025 Dates:
June 21, July 19, Aug 2, Sept 6
6pm & 7pm
Relax body and mind as we connect to nature INSIDE THE CAVE with an inviting and inspiring class welcome to all levels. This multi-sensory experience will take your yoga practice to a place it has never been (including an impromptu yoga studio 75-feet underground).
CLASS difficulty: All Levels - Beginners Welcome (ages 12+)
Price: $29.50 / person
THINGS TO NOTE:
- We will walk down 58 stairs to enter the cave, so tennis shoes are suggested. However, you may choose to be barefoot or in socks once on your mat.
- The cave is naturally 55 degrees year round (nope, this is not hot yoga!), so please dress for your temperature comfort level.
- We will gather in the parking lot / museum area, then enter the cave as a group.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat (required)
- Old beach towel (strongly suggested: the cave floor can be damp and somewhat muddy, so this will protect your mat)
