Olentangy Caverns supports charitable donation requests for local 501(c)(3) nonprofit fundraisers.

IN 2023 WE RECEIVED OVER 100 REQUESTS AND DONATED ADMISSION PASSES TO MORE THAN 70% OF REQUESTING ORGANIZATIONS.

Due to the overwhelming volume of requests through multiple channels (phone, email, letters), we’d love your partnership with a few changes.

• Donated items will need to be picked up. We are no longer able to mail items or passes.

• Email requests will be consolidated and reviewed 1-2 times per month. Please reach out via email with enough advance notice prior to your fundraiser.

• We’re no longer donating to personal fundraising events to ensure we can support school PTAs and child-focused non-profits.

• We give priority to local school districts and fundraisers in the immediate area.
